A private and beautiful hotel outside the Medina, Hotel Sahrai is a good choice for travellers looking to reside outside the hustle and bustle of the old city. The amenities provided were top class though the breakfast selection and dinner quality could be improved upon. The hotel sits on top of a hill and the rooftop provides a beautiful view of the old medina and Jewish quarters. This is a good choice if you have a lot of luggage as cars are not allowed to drop you in Riads inside the Medina.

The hotel room and service was excellent!! They accommodated our every request we had asked for
Especially the sales executive Mr Siham Afkir was very prompt and helpful always
The location is off but overall the experience and quality of the hotel is very nice
Only negative would be the lack of choices for vegetarian food, which if added would really help the Indians to choose the hotel as their first choice.

想不到豪華酒店竟然在村裡，隔壁都是在建的農民房，而且毫無服務可言，衞生間下水特別慢，出了洗護用品不錯之外，真的一點都不推薦

Wir haben hier zwei wunderbare Nächte in Fes verbracht. Das Hotel ist wunderschön und auch das Personal is ausgezeichnet. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen. Einziger Minuspunkt: Das Spa/Hammam ist für landesübliche Preise ausgesprochen teuer.

Wir gingen mit der Familie zum Mittagessen in Fes durch das Sahrai Hotel. Das Buffet war ausgezeichnet, aber die Organisation des Restaurants war schlecht mit einem Mangel an Professionalität. Der Manager gab uns nicht die Möglichkeit, den Tisch mit geschlossenen Antworten auszuwählen. Es fehlt die Qualität des Kundenservice für ein 05-Sterne-Hotel.

I swear this place exceeds all of expectations! We loved, loved, loved this hotel. It’s honestly the best hotel I ever stayed at. We had the deluxe room that was literally worth every penny. The manager of the hotel, Yazor, and the hotel receptionist, Chaima were both so professional and nice. The Lebanese food on the rooftop was super good and had a beautiful view. The smell of the hotel throughout was like a luxury spa you can get an appointment for the Moroccan bath and massages, and the jaccuzi is for FREE. It’s literally the most beautiful jaccuzi ever. If we get to visit Fez again, I am definitely staying at the Sahrai again. I recommended this to everyone I know.

This property was top notch! I wish everyplace met the standards as this hotel offers. There are three restaurants inside the hotel. One French, one Moroccan and the last Lebanese on the rooftop where there also exist a stunning bar. Plus they had a DJ. The latter was more tapas plates. The food was so good. Our drinks were tasty. We had our laundry serviced while here. It was a bit pricy so discuss cost first if you don’t want any surprises. Our room was large, clean, bed amazing, the bathroom exceptional, it included amenities. We had turn down service in the evening, they left little treats, that always adds to the experience. Check in was smooth as was check out. Parking is covered underground, no issues. There is security upon entry and exit. Local children play futbol on the street leading to the hotel which is nice to see local life. The spa didn’t have two one hour services available last minute. So we missed out there, hopefully next visit we can partake in the spa. They have a hot tub included in the booking for one hour which we didn’t find time to squeeze into our schedule. I am so happy we chose this property for our stay in Fes. Truly it was everything we needed for the perfect end to our time in Morocco.

I just finished a wonderfully relaxing massage with Fadwa. She was expert! Every limb was thoroughly and gently massaged. The oil used was pleasantly scented and the music was soothing. I felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated at the end of the hour. Thank you.
